Professor Gabriel Araujo founded Learn2Master Academy in 2019 to create a safe place for people of all ages to grow and develop through Martial Arts and Sports. The current Learn2Master Academy Kitchener location opened in February of 2020. 

Gabriel started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai on the same day in 2007 at Cornell University in the USA. He achieved his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt in July 2018 from his Professor CJ Hollett and Master Julio Cesar Pereira of GFTeam – One of the world’s most renowned Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition teams.

Professor Gabriel achieved the 1st Degree rank on his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt in 2021 from Professor CJ Hollett and Master Julio Cesar Pereira.   

Gabriel studied Muay Thai and MMA under his Master Orestes Betran, one of Brazil’s most successful Featherweight MMA fighters during his time. Gabriel also teaches many of the Striking for MMA/Muay Thai classes at Learn2Master Academy, and coaches Professional and Amateur MMA fighters.
